To support thousands of participants submitting structured survey telemetry at strict six-month milestones, the platform required absolute data integrity, seamless administrative oversight, and zero operational downtime.

When Webtree assumed full technical stewardship of the project, we executed a comprehensive platform modernization strategy—transitioning the core engine from legacy Adobe ColdFusion 11 to a high-performance, open-source Lucee server architecture.
